I have seen on other boards that this occurred starting on that day, but I havent found any solutions posted yet.

I have reset the passwords, deleted the accounts and set them up again, and nothing works.

The change to the setup is that it now prompts a pop-up to log into Gmail (like if youre using Gmail to log in to other sites), which it didnt do on previous setups.

Has anyone found a solution to this please Its very disruptive to my work having to swap back and forth between programs and constantly closing out that login box.

Its a Google login screen pop-up like sites have for logging in with Google or Facebook instead of creating an account.

I am able to sign in directly through a browser with no issues, so this is something only related to the OutlookGmail link.

Can we assume that you are giving it permission to access your account before it fails, or are you denying the access.

It fails using my app password and my regular password, whether its in the Outlook settings, or in the Google sign in box.

This is something that changed recently, as when I posted on the Outlook boards someone sent me a link to some other boards where people had seen a similar situation starting on Monday and no solutions were found (they werent using 2SV, so I posted here).

It did go through the OAuth2 login, then connected to my account.

That suggests that the problem is not on the Google side.

I run an IT company and besides my own people having this issue, Ive had over 20 calls complaining about the exact same issue.
